Job Responsibilities

Risk Management

• Conduct workshops for internal stakeholders on topics relating to risk management and data protection. 
• Perform risk assessment to analyse and identify emerging risks. 
• Maintain risk registers and follow-up on risk mitigating plans for all key risks and operational risks identified.

Data Protection and Security

• Develop and maintain an effective data protection and security procedures to ensure compliance to data protection requirements by PDPA
• Conduct annual reviews to procedures and data inventory for gaps and improvements
• Analyse PDPA enforcement cases and coordinate with internal stakeholders for dissemination of lessons learned.

Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

• Maintain BCP call tree and coordinate annual call tree exercise.
• Plan and coordinate BCP table top exercises. 

Incident Reporting

• Develop and maintain an effective incident reporting system and procedures to ensure proper and timely closure of incidents reported.
• Liaise with insurance broker on reporting of incidents. 
• Follow-up on proposed action plans for major / critical incidents. 
• Monitor, identify and escalate incidents reported which are potentially Serious Reportable Events (SRE) as per MOH Directives.
• Analyse incident reporting trends and coordinate with internal stakeholders for dissemination of lessons learned.

Audit, Compliance Review and Quality Management

• Liaise with internal auditors and internal stakeholders on scheduled audits and quality reviews.
• Plan and execute compliance and quality reviews on key areas of concern.

Others

• Provide secretariat support for the Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC). 

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or related discipline with at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare / community care settings
• Added advantage if experience in audit, accounting, ISO or QA.
