Managing and monitoring MOM work pass application and renewal.
Submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave, etc.
Administer the Leave module under HRIS and provide advice on payroll matters
Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees’ leave applications, insurance claims, etc.
General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
4-5 years of HR operation related experience.
Experience in MOM work pass application for professionals, managers and executives
Experience in regional or MNC environment will be an added advantage
Willing to commit and take accountability
