Job Responsibilities

•  Manage day to day operations of assigned properties including service contracts, supervision of addition and alteration works and implementation of any maintenance, capital works and special projects.
• Implement Inspection Program and Scheduled Maintenance Program in the properties including lifts and other fixed assets.
• Liaise with IFMs (where appropriate) to ensure that properties are maintained efficiently.
•  Implement initiatives that reduces short and long term operating costs.
• Monitor the performance of service providers on annual basis.
• Project manage storage fit-out work on ad-hoc basis.
• Assist the implementation of marketing and leasing strategies to improve the occupancy rate of the properties.
• Comply with all statutory rules and regulations and property guidelines of the Company.
•  Maintain good relationship with clients and tenant.
• Assist in relevant ESG initiative, application process, submission and obtaining relevant green certificate for the Company owned properties.
• May have to travel occasionally in the region to inspect, suggest improvement plan, supervise ad-hoc project, monitor regular property maintenance work.
• Any other work scope relating to the management of properties from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management or equivalent. 
• Possess minimum 6-8 years of related working experience.
• Willing to travel out of Singapore occasionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team.
• Strong leadership, team management, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
