Responsibilities:
- Explore new business opportunities to drive the business revenue and achieve sales target.
- Conduct market research and analysis and formulate business development strategies.
- Formulate, develop, and improve the loan products to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency.
- Ensure the credit activities are conducted in accordance with internal polices and regulatory.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
- At least 4 years of experiences in personal loan or mortgage loan industry.
- Solid knowledge on loan products and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience in using MS Word, Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Work with Finance Manager and Credit Risk Control.
