• Handle reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements (P/L).
• Prepare Risk reporting and position reporting.
• Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks.
• Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences.
• Handle audit processes and procedures.
• Develop risk management controls and systems.
• Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.
• Create contingency plans to manage crises.
• Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses.
• Prepare reports and present recommendations.
• Help implement solutions and plans.
• Ensure risk exposures of the company is within stipulated limits.
• Work closely with other business stakeholders.
• Conduct identity check/ background check/ risk analysis for personal loan applicants.

• At least 5 years of unsecured personal risk control experience.
• Diploma or above in Business Studies / Finance / Banking / Economics or equivalent.
• Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus - Independent, organized, highly analytical and proactive.
• Good command in MS Word, Excel.
• Adapt to fast paced environment.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work on mobile.
