Responsibilities
• Assist in consolidating and maintaining HR files, records, and databases.
• Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
• Assist recruitment coordination including job posting, schedule arrangement, etc.
• Overlook in onboarding and offboarding process.
• Maintenance and update of organization chart.
• Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR activities.
• Coordinating HR related events for employees.
• Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns.
• Administration of travel arrangement such as hotel booking; visas processing
