Responsibilities

·       To use correct procedures to fill pure gas and gas mixtures.

·       Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.

·       Familiarity with the filling panel, scales, vacuum pump, liquid pumps, compressors, painting and valving machines and cylinder drying oven.

·       Completion of filling forms as required.

·       Current license for forklift truck.

·       Selection of the most appropriate technique for filling gas.

·       Loading/offloading of trucks/containers as requested.

·       Painting of cylinders to appropriate standards.

·       Connection/disconnection and running of the cylinder drying ovens.

·       QC check of final goods prior to despatch.

 

Requirements

·       Min. NITEC in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

·       Results oriented individual who is conscientious about quality & safety.

·       Mechanical knowledge in plant equipment, pure and specialty gas will be a plus.

·       Training will be provided.
