Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of SA (Special Application, previously known as Special Original Equipment), you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing business potentials in new market segments
• Developing new distribution structures and improving existing channels
• Managing and implementing business development plans or projects cross functionally to maximize or realize business opportunities
• Developing and executing sales strategies and business development plans in the assigned regions to meet company’s aggressive growth and revenue plan

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Is passionate, independent, meticulous, takes initiative and possesses strong enthusiasm to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Good team player, able to work effectively cross functionally to achieve desired results
• Ability to travel within region (40%)
