IT Manager (Permanent)
Responsibilities:
Basic & Detail design and implementation for Asia Regional Hub operation with HQ
Provide IT support to users under Asia Regional Hub (Contact Point, Realization of Requests, Incident Response, Operation): Contact point for all IT inquiries from users
Establishment and operation management of Security Policy: Provide security assessment via review of general applications related IT
Site network infrastructure practices (Base networks, video conferencing systems, etc.: Site network management, videoconferencing system management, other office IT
Maintenance and maintenance of Group common platform: about 10 solutions related Microsoft365 & Devices Management (PC/iPhone/iPad/MFP)
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT related positions in internal IT user support, IT infrastruture, Enterprise Application
3 years of experience in office automation (Business support infrastructure such as Microsoft365, PC, iPhone, multifunction machines, and base network) at companies (More than 300 users with experience supporting multiple sites.)
3 years of experience in service desk and other IT user support
2 years of experience at regional headquarters of a global company
3 years of experience in project management in enterprise application development
3 years of experience in enterprise application development, maintenance, and operation (SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA experience better)
Able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage (to work with dept head and HQ)
