Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the bank's network & security 
• Provide daily IT operations support to the bank
• Maintaining & administering computer network & devices for the bank
• Monitor & access network & security performances 
• Coordinate with vendors on IT security infrastructure, system software and system recovery etc.
• Handle application system management & maintenance 
• Perform disaster center recovery operational tasks
• Handle application system management & maintenance 
• Manage and update IT software licence
• Assist in trouble-shooting & recovery of IT issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of IT support in network/security/operations experience
• Candidates with IT support experience from Banks / FI will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge in Network Management System, IT Applications, IT Operations& Maintenance 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and able to multi-task
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin due liaising with China Head Office
