Responsibilities:

·       Management sales and debit collection team

·       Plan and control company work

·       Leading team to corporate and develop new sales.

·       Explore new business opportunities to drive the business revenue and achieve sales target.

·       Conduct market research and analysis and formulate business development strategies.

·       Formulate, develop, and improve the loan products to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency.

·       Ensure the credit activities are conducted in accordance with internal polices and regulatory.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of solid experiences in personal loan or mortgage loan industry.
• Knowledge on loan products and related regulatory requirements.
• Good command in written and spoken Mandarin. (Dealing with Chinese speaking customers)
• Diploma or above in Finance or related disciplines.
• Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
