The ideal candidate should have a responsible and supportive personality and be able to multitask and be a good team player. He / She will need to manage a number of Kitchen/Outlets. The role will also be required to streamline processes. 

  • Manage Operations & Costing
  • Strategic Planning to upscale Operations
  • Menu Planning & Culinary Innovations
  • Liaise, coordinate and disseminate information to key support functions.
  • Maintain and build good relationship with our corporate customers


  • Minimum 3 years experience in Catering (Mass Cooking) at a Mid to Senior Management Level
  • Highly organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • People Orientated, with Strong Management Skills
  • Preferable a Degree Holder in any discipline
