Reporting to Head of Business and Operations Excellence, the position calls for an individual with prior experience in managing multi chain food and beverage operations with deep set
knowledge in project management and construction of multi-concept food courts, coffeeshops, hawker centres, cafes and kiosks.

The position requires a proven track record in project management, cost analytics and management, close liaison and understanding of prevailing authorities frameworks and submissions. The candidate should also have significant M&E knowledge in various food and beverage settings.

The position provides candidates the opportunity to lead a team in driving operational excellence in delivering various projects across Food Services business, in collaboration with various Heads of corporate functions and business unit GMs.


  • Lead the Design and Facilities team in supporting concept design and construction of Food Services outlets across multiple formats of foodcourts, coffeeshops, hawker
    centres, kiosks and cafes
  • Manage budgets, timelines and quality KPIs of projects
  • Key partner to Business Units to continuously improve design, space utilization, and outlet equipment setups across outlets to drive productivity and customer experiences.
  • Lead or be key member of Food Services or FPG-wide strategic projects to drive improvements in productivity, customer experience and scalability across Food Services
    business units.
  • Lead and develop the team for continual growth and improvements


  • Strong Analytical Skills and adept with using data to guide decision making
  • Has at least 10 years of experience in multi-chain food court and F&B operational experience, of which 5 years are in project management and construction roles
  • Experienced in the areas of concept design, project development and construction of food eateries (e.g. foodcourts, coffeeshops, hawker centres, kiosks and cafes)
  • Familiar with kitchen design, flow and ergonomics with in-depth M&E knowledge in a F&B settings
  • Ability to guide and engage various designers and consultants to deliver project outcomes
  • Ability to lead and develop people and team
  • Knowledge of large-scale community and Central Kitchen setup is an added advantage
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage
