Marketing Communications
  • Including all forms of communication materials such as collaterals, newsletter, signages, photography, videos, social media platforms, etc.
  • Plan and develop marketing and communication materials to profile our services and showcase our expertise.
  • Propose and develop internal communication materials to build cross knowledge sharing and engagements within the department.
  • Plan and propose digital marketing campaigns of the departments’ services and people on social media platforms.
  • Enhance and update the contents and visuals of the departments’ internet and intranet webpages.
  • Work with vendors on any of the above, if required.
  • Such as local and international conferences, workshops, seminars, service and centre launches, internal events, etc.
  • Plan and organise corporate/public events to increase awareness of our services and profile.
  • Propose ideas to enhance the interests and engagement of audience to the events.
  • Follow up with post-event reviews.
  • Assess and coordinate corporate visits involving senior level guests / officials.
  • Work with vendors on any of the above, if required.
Media Relations
  • Including media briefings, press releases, TV appearances, etc.
  • Work with Corporate Communications to formulate media relations strategies to profile the department’s services positively through well-placed media stories.
  • Be the liaison with the relevant parties (internal or external) for joint announcements, or if our staff are invited to media engagements.
  • Liaise with Corporate Communications or external organisations to coordinate any media matters to ensure department is appropriately represented.
  • Media monitoring – via traditional and new media platforms.
Internal Collaborations
  • Across numerous depts and teams within company.
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as Corpcomms, Procurement team, IT, etc, to meet the needs and KPIs of the events.
  • Discuss or brainstorm with Operations colleagues to plan out the above tasks and projects.
  • Work with clinicians and nurse managers to devise contents and the implementations of the above tasks and projects.
  • As the departments and clinics grow and evolve, new requirements or projects might surface. It is the responsibility of this candidate (Marcomms Team) to ensure that new tasks are well completed and on time.
  • QI (Quality Improvement) projects – to suggest new ideas on improving current processes.
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Mass Communications or multimedia.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys writing, basic and logical layout of eDMs and conversant with Microsoft and Adobe software.
  • Creative, willing to think out-of-the-box and able to accept alternatives.
  • Meticulous and results orientated, have initiatives and able to follow through on tasks.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Yet when necessary, to be able to work with as a team member with stakeholders from other depts/teams.
