Responsibilities:

• Costing, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Control, Gross Margin Analysis and 1 overseas legal entity financial accounting, reporting, tax, and budget matters.
• Responsible for product costing and costs analysis.
• Perform month end closing activities and reporting.
• Perform year end activities such as inventory stock take, update SAP activity rates, budgeting, and statutory financial statement audit matters.
• Prepare cost statements, documents and liaise with Custom on Free Trade Agreement matters, annual & ad hoc basis for new products.
• Perform product cost simulations and provide cost information/reports for use by management and various departments in making business decisions.
• Safeguard company’s assets and perform annual assets check.
• Review and manage inventory at optimal level.
• Monthly review of Sales and Margin to identify drivers (vol, price, mix etc) of Gross Margin performance and prepare reports.
• Manage and improve freight cost reporting process.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs.
• Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned. 

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy.
• Min 3-5 years Costing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Preferably those with knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system & MS Excel.
• Good analytical skills, meticulous and be able to work within deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to deal with colleagues from other departments.

Additional:

• 5-day work.
• Have 2 buses/transport, pickup at Jurong East MRT area at 7.15am and the other at Bouna Vista MRT area at 7.10am.
