Responsibilities

·       Support to manage and supervise activities in conducting validation, evaluation, characterization of media, media process and related components compliance and design margin.

·       Develop surface analysis technique to validate compliance to design and reliability margin to requirements.

·       Publish and review evaluation and failure analysis result conducted by engineering assistants.

·       Coordinate with process owners, evaluation team members on surface analysis result and work with them on assessment on improvement activities.

·       Support in the supervision EAs and arrange priorities on daily evaluation, failure analysis activities to ensure

·       compliance to completion target dates.

·       Coordinate with external lab for surface analysis capabilities when not available internally and benchmark other analysis technique if possible.

·       Manage surface analysis lab equipment’s and coordinate with vendor for repair and maintenance activities.

·       Ensure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards.

·       Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

·       Degree in Chemistry/Material Science.

·       Must be able to work in cleanroom environment.
