Taking messages for clients as they require via phones, voicemail or written
Arranging couriers and taxis, restaurant reservation, hotel accommodation for clients and management team ensuring that the client’s company name is given as reference and completing billing slips.
Ensuring that all billing (e.g. for teas and coffees) are filled out immediately and accurately in your time sheet.
Ensuring all facilities maintenance are updated in correct file
Venue bookings for meeting room, V/C and visiting, walk-in clients
Monitoring Office supplies stock, and Ordering all stationery on behalf of client when required
Other ad-hoc functions
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in relevant field
more than 3 years of working experience in Sales Admin/Shipping admin/Order processing fucntion
Experience in Shipping documentation
