Provide administrative and coordination duties on HR department
Assist in consolidating and maintaining HR files, records, and databases on key in and maintaining employee records in HRIS.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping and data privacy regulations.
Maintenance and update of organization chart.
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
Assists in recruitment activities such as interview coordination, job advertisement, etc.
Assist in the onboarding process.
Extracting and preparing HR data set required for C&B analysis.
Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR activities.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR related events for employees.
Administration of travel arrangement such as hotel booking; visas processing
Office administration on office supplies
Requirements
Minimum diploma in HR or relevant field
More than 2 years of working experience in HR operation
