• To drive and support new services.
• To establish and revise workflow(s) to streamline with changes on the ground operations.
• Annual finance budgeting for CAPEX and OPEX items for Haematology and Stem Cell Lab (SCL).
• Seek approvals for unbudgeted CAPEX and OPEX requests where needed.
• Ensure purchases are appropriate and timely.
• Ensure smooth implementation and operations of the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation & Cellular Therapy Program.
• Establish and review agreements with other institutions for service provision and/or engagement.
• Seek external budget funding for new program/pilot project.
• Ensure financial efficiency and proper cost recovery for stem cell transplant related services.
• Be the single point-of-contact (SPOC) for Division of Haematology

• Assist with internal and external audits relating to facilities of the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation & Cellular Therapy Program.
• Give guidance and mentor junior/reporting staff.
• Provide secretariat support for the regular meetings and other meetings, where needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor degree from recognised institution with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Able to work in fast paced environment independently and in team.
• Positive and self-motivated
• Good written and communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
