Job Responsibilities

• Enable team’s efforts in initiating, developing, implementing and coordinating experiments, in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders in the healthcare eco-system, and using lean and agile methodologies with design thinking.
• Identify opportunities to implement or facilitate strategies with Clinical Directors to ensure the objectives/programmes meet the clusters’ target.
• Manage the projects procurement and approval process to ensure all approval papers are in order and are submitted on time.
• Enable team’s efforts in managing project budgets and resources meticulously, including but not limited to identifying risks and assessing budget impact.
• Facilitate project meetings, see through follow-ups and deliver project presentations
• Acquire domain knowledge and build technical expertise for the development and implementation of healthcare infrastructure projects
• Multi-departmental collaborations to compile and streamline process; develop technical references etc.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Degree in Bachelor Degree. i.e. Architecture / Civil Engineering /Building Construction/Project Management or equivalent from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare related environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent planning, analytical and quantitative skills
• Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
• Confident and able to work under pressure
