Providing administrative processes on education student related matters
Assisting faculty in Module Profile updates and mark entry for every Trimester
Assisting faculty in admission screening related matters and checking of matriculation documents
Providing administrative and logistic coordination duties on exam venue, internship placement, overseas immersion programs, etc.
Process, verify lecturers’ teaching claims and submit to finance department
Liaise with with IT vendors on account issues for lecturers
Managing Alumni and Career Services database as well as to plan for events for Undergraduate and Postgraduate department
Create and plan a strategy for awareness of the University’s branding on attract more alumni member
Managing newsletter, marketing content, events and meeting with Alumni Network team
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in relevant field
More than 3 years of working experience in providing administrative function will be an added advantage
Experience in organizing events and coordination will be an added advantage
