We are looking for a skilled and experienced workday specialist to join the team.
You will take a lead in managing and optimizing the HRIS, ensuring its align with the company business processes and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Business Analysis and Project Management support to business stakeholders and users for shared applications and services.
- Prepares, reviews and edits requirements, business process flows, use examples, specifications, business processes and makes recommendations related to proposed solutions.
- Main contract for all Workday questions, issue resolution and system related matters.
- Performs Project Management, Planning, and software implementation support activities (Development, installations, upgrades, enhancements, etc.) for the assigned tasks.
- Subject matter expert in Workday, staying up to date with the latest features, updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
- Coordinates with external resources, Application Service providers, Consultants, and collaborates with HR and IT teams in Asia, US, and Europe.
- Troubleshoots and resolves outstanding issues from company supported applications.
- Produces scope documents, requirements specifications, functional specifications, work estimates, and project plans.
- Works with HR Technology team to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically, and that the project deliverables are met within specified timelines.
- Ensures that business requirements are met through design, quality assurance and implementation.
- Apply Workday security principles to data analytics and reporting.
- Assist with data cleansing and system maintenance activities, including review, testing, and implementation of HCM enhancements to ensure continued accuracy of analytics.
- Support annual processes including performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, budgeting and others as identified.
- Identify, design and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to HCM and related functions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the security of sensitive employee information within the HRIS.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday modules including core HCM.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to handle data analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage system configurations.
- Proven ability to trouble-shoot, resolve system-related problems and lead projects, adhere to tight timelines, and prioritise effectively.
- Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations and provide solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from HR data and present them in a meaningful way.
- High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects.
- Excellent in Project Management skill.
