Responsibilities

  • Manage HQ and Regional training programmes for employees from Singapore and across Asia Pacific offices, including review of materials and nomination of participants.
  • Organize and coordinate both face-to-face and online Training programmes, including scheduling, facilities booking, logistics arrangement, invoice processing and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the HQ, team and various stakeholders to conduct reviews and track feedback/evaluation of training interventions in order to address employee training needs and skill gaps.
  • Oversee training records such as training history, certifications and academic sponsorship and manage upkeep of internal learning systems. Involve in system administration and support.
  • Design and administration of Sharepoint Online site housing functions such as publication of Training, Course Calendar, Training policies and Training References.
  • Involvement in ad-hoc improvement projects and Training support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (any fields, preferably Human Resource Management)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
