Manage HQ and Regional training programmes for employees from Singapore and across Asia Pacific offices, including review of materials and nomination of participants.
Organize and coordinate both face-to-face and online Training programmes, including scheduling, facilities booking, logistics arrangement, invoice processing and budget management.
Collaborate with the HQ, team and various stakeholders to conduct reviews and track feedback/evaluation of training interventions in order to address employee training needs and skill gaps.
Oversee training records such as training history, certifications and academic sponsorship and manage upkeep of internal learning systems. Involve in system administration and support.
Design and administration of Sharepoint Online site housing functions such as publication of Training, Course Calendar, Training policies and Training References.
Involvement in ad-hoc improvement projects and Training support.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (any fields, preferably Human Resource Management)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
