Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process new orders and modifications through Oracle Order Management System, meeting specified service level agreements.
  • Monitor Oracle alerts, promptly addressing and rectifying order import, pricing, or shipping errors.
  • Manage incoming email requests, providing information on order status, changes, pricing, schedule availability, and tracking.
  • Maintain and organize the Oracle database for customer master setups, item cross-references, and traffic profiles.
  • Proactively monitor and communicate order holds status issues to customers and Account Managers.
  • Identify and investigate customer order data issues, escalating to higher management and IT for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in any field, with 1 to 2 years of equivalent related experience in Oracle/SAP 
  • Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
  • Able to work fixed shift hours as required for a 5-day work week (for NA and EMEA shift – to follow the regions’ holiday calendar 
  • Must be a team player with good working attitude: being adaptable, flexible, positive and open minded to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that undergoes constant change
