Efficiently process new orders and modifications through Oracle Order Management System, meeting specified service level agreements.
Monitor Oracle alerts, promptly addressing and rectifying order import, pricing, or shipping errors.
Manage incoming email requests, providing information on order status, changes, pricing, schedule availability, and tracking.
Maintain and organize the Oracle database for customer master setups, item cross-references, and traffic profiles.
Proactively monitor and communicate order holds status issues to customers and Account Managers.
Identify and investigate customer order data issues, escalating to higher management and IT for resolution.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in any field, with 1 to 2 years of equivalent related experience in Oracle/SAP
Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
Able to work fixed shift hours as required for a 5-day work week (for NA and EMEA shift – to follow the regions’ holiday calendar
Must be a team player with good working attitude: being adaptable, flexible, positive and open minded to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that undergoes constant change
