Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives
• Prepare marketing communications materials including digital marketing to profile services and portfolio
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement marketing strategies and KPI to drive and enhance lead generation and sales
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends
• Plan and organise corporate/public events
• Prepare regular marketing reports to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns to senior management
• Form and manage partnerships and sponsorships with corporate partners
• Lead and supervise; mentor and guide the team in marketing strategies and execution and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Manage vendors to monitor deliverables and ensure expenses are within the marketing budgets

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related field
• At least 8 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing communications with some supervisory experience
• Preferably with experience in healthcare related industry
•  Strategic and willing to be hands on
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
