Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse activities in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Partner with 3PL providers to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operation.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Lead and manage warehouse security measures to keep KCR certification.
• Prepare annual budget, reports, and statistics (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
• Receive feedback and monitor quality of services provided.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Manage, lead and mentor a team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or equivalent with 5 years of experience in relevant field as a Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Expertise in handling 3PL.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Good leadership with supervisory experience in leading a team.
• Strong in decision making and problem-solving skills.

Additional:

• The job focus is warehousing, handling, and shipping registration.
• Must understand the classification of the goods/parts shipped.
• Candidate will have stand-by/urgent duty such as Saturday/Sunday observations when necessary.
