Job Summary
You will partner the leadership and line managers to provide guidance and solutions in day-to-day people matters and in achieving the long-term goals and objectives of the Hospital and Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and service through partnership with Centres of Excellence and Group Shared Services.
- Build relationship with stakeholders as a trusted HR partner through thoughtful HR solutions to the business needs
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
- Drive people engagement, build morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity and retention.
- Strengthen talent pipeline and facilitate performance and talent reviews, as well as engagement surveys with business leaders.
- Provide advice to employees and managers and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline.
- Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH, HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- At least 8 years in human resource function.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to engage staff of all levels.
- Resourceful, strong initiative and self-motivated.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
