Job Summary

• Support CFO’s activities to control accounting policies and tax compliance & risk management in the Asia Pacific region through presentation material preparation, the tax regulation summary table update, accounting policies setup, any other matters requested by CFO under CFO’s instructions.
• Handle the logistics of the board meeting and support to prepare the meeting’s material.
• Assist business travel and meeting arrangements for CFO and managers.

Regional HQ activities Support (85%)

• Prepare and update the accounting policies for group companies in the Asia Pacific (AP) region.
• Prepare and update the guidelines for tax audit in the AP region.
• Summarize and update the company law, tax law, etc. related to financial and tax accounting in the AP region.
• Prepare the closing report and business plan report submitted to MD.
• Prepare the annual budget for Singapore office.
• Arrange business trips and meetings for CFO and managers.
• Support any other activities CFO has handled (or going to handle).

Board Meeting Arrangements (15%)

• Handle administration matters (e.g. date & time confirmation, transportation, accommodation, meal arrangements) for the board meeting.
• Collect and integrate the meeting’s materials into one presentation.

Job Requirements

• Accounting bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 years + experience in financial accounting, tax accounting, or finance
• Positive to learn financial accounting and tax accounting
• Team player with good responsibility
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus
• Working experience in accounting firms is a plus
