Responsibilities:

• Provides on-site instruction in the assembly, application and cycling of concrete forming systems in the constructions.
• Identifies the best solution to meet customer needs while ensuring safety and productivity standards are met.
• Develops best practices in regard to the safe construction and application of company's forming systems.
• Assists with the erection of forming equipment on job site; handles irregularities as needed.
• Consistently reviews and ensures product safety guidelines are met.
• Helps customer with cycling procedures of formwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field with 5-6 years of foreman or superintendent experience.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of concrete forming products.
• General construction knowledge along with ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Possess a class 3 driving license to commute to construction sites. 
• Good communication, decision-making, and leadership skills required.
• Demonstrates the ability to answer technical questions.
• Must be able to perform high levels of customer service while ensuring full satisfaction when equipment is delivered.
