Work location: Changi Business Park
Responsibilities:
- To provide first level Digital Platform support by phone and/or e-mail to clients
- To maintain the knowledge database of the E-Channel Service Center
- To handle document and maintain the client’s requests/enquiries
- To support operational documents (such as Corporate Action Reply Letters, Subscription of Private Equity Documents, Investment Related Forms etc)
- To perform other ad-hoc assigned tasks by management
Requirements:
- Possess Degree with minimum 3years experience in client service or call centre in Bank
- Strong knowledge of Banking and financial products
- Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
- Only Singaporeans
