Work location: Changi Business Park

 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide first level Digital Platform support by phone and/or e-mail to clients
  • To maintain the knowledge database of the E-Channel Service Center
  • To handle document and maintain the client’s requests/enquiries
  • To support operational documents (such as Corporate Action Reply Letters, Subscription of Private Equity Documents, Investment Related Forms etc)
  • To perform other ad-hoc assigned tasks by management

 

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree with minimum 3years experience in client service or call centre in Bank
  • Strong knowledge of Banking and financial products
  • Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
  • Only Singaporeans
