Work Location: CBD

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team on the review of account opening documents for both individual and entity
• Conduct periodic CDD reviews of existing clients, performing enhanced due diligence
• Perform necessary screenings and account maintenance
• Advise and coordinate with front office on the CDD requirements
• Assist in maintenance of database for annual reporting
• Responsible for systems projects, automation, and people management
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Finance/Business Management with minimum 10 years’ experience in leading a team of 4 to 6 people in client Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of FATCA/CRS and requirements under MAS Notice on AML/KYC/CDD
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel                
• Only Singaporeans
