Responsibilities

The Trade Compliance Specialist will be a part of the Global team to execute trade-related processes and measures to maintain the region’s effective, risk-based trade compliance program.

This position supports the administrative processes to comply with international trade, including, but not limited to the APAC international trade dual-use requirements, export controls and sanctions regulations. 

This role requires an individual with strong ethics to aid in supporting key corporate business objectives and operational goals while ensuring compliance with legal and risk-mitigation requirements.

• Managing regular SAP control blocks, proceeding Drug Precursor products.
• Work with APAC Supply Chain and CSR team on executing customer information data renewal and support “know your customer" programs.
• Monitor and generate SAP report for GTC control.
• HS classification celebration with service provider.
• Support in managing due diligence, regulatory requirements and reporting processes required.
• Assisting the  Regional Manager to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through periodic audits and assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or related studies
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• High ethical standards, with some knowledge of trade laws and regulations
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP and MS office
