Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivables & Payables in Multi-currencies
• Preparing Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of cash flow analysis and projection
• Audit Confirmations (e.g. receivable / payable reconciliation)
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing within stipulated deadline.
• Liaise with various departments to resolve issue on closing monthly accounts.
• Liaise with external parties e.g. banks, auditors, customers, suppliers, statutory bodies, etc. to solve any issue.
• Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting documents.
• Other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Accounting Diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years’ working experience in accounting   
• Experience in SAP System will be an added advantage
