Responsibilities

·       Involve in Backend process development activities, hardware modification and improvement.

 

·       Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement.

 

·       Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage.

 

·       Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team.

 

·       Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand HDD correlation.

 

·       Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

 

 

Requirements

·          Bachelor Degree or above in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering.

·          Chemistry knowledge to support lubricant development activities

·          Materials science and nanotribology knowledge

·          Candidates with no experience or with some working experience are welcome to apply.
