Support the establishment and advancement of the Clinical Operations Department through collaboration with clinicians and internal teams.
Develop and implement innovative operational strategies.
Ensure seamless execution of daily data extraction and migration processes.
Review documents to meet clinical and non-clinical requirements.
Assist in preparing for IT system downtime, upgrades, and deployments.
Provide administrative assistance in procurement activities.
Manage timelines to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
Undertake additional Clinical Operations projects as directed by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of working experience in operation management function
Experience in Healthcare sector is an added advantage
