Manage training requirements and records for staff, including new hires, complementary staff and contractors.
Maintain training documentation submission and review, including scanning, uploading and filing of training records.
Ensure data in learning management system (LMS, such as myLearning) is accurate and timely. This includes LMS administrative tasks such as GxP and non-GxP items, curriculums, learning history, assessments and governance checks.
Generate training status reports and others KPIs from LMS and / or SAP for trending
Coordinate and schedule training offerings based on trainer’s requests or site needs.
Maintain curricula and items structure in LMS per site needs and organizational structure.
Manage training related shopping carts, including external trainings.
Troubleshoot and follow up on LMS and training documentation issues.
Act as back-up administrative support within team across administrator teams during demanding periods.
Requirements
Diploma in relevant field
2-3 years experience maintaining and controlling sensitive records and documentation.
Familiar with GxP will be an added advantage
