Responsibilities:
- Call prospects from provided leads, introducing our product offerings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
Requirements:
- Preferably previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the banking/financial sector.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Strong persuasive selling skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
- Self-motivated and Results-oriented mindset, driven by a desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of the company.
