Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with our Factory, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customer Service Officers/Sales/Field Engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements.
• Execute Import & Export Operation which includes:

o   License/Permit Application o Conduct compliance check against daily Import/Export.

o   Global Trade Management (GTM System) Operation.

o   Strategic Control Parts & Dangerous Goods Management.

o   Forwarders Management include Freight, Transport, Crating/Uncrating & Movers Coordination.

• Create and update SOP.
• Maintain an effective filing system of documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or its equivalent with 3 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge/experience in Logistic Compliance such as Strategic Goods Control (SGCA), HS Code and Dangerous Goods (IATA DGR).
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player
• A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
• Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
