Inventory management: Order and restock supplies (e.g., stationery, refreshments).
Maintain staff directory with updated contact information.
Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate courier services and manage incoming mail.
Monitor and renew building permits and licenses.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and assets.
Process invoices and expenses in ERP system.
Collaborate with Office and HR teams on various tasks.
Handle ad-hoc duties and projects.
Administer regional HR services (recruitment, onboarding, performance management).
Ensure compliance with HR and HSE policies.
Assist with IT requests and server room access.
