Responsibilities

  • Reception duties: Answer calls, greet visitors.
  • Inventory management: Order and restock supplies (e.g., stationery, refreshments).
  • Maintain staff directory with updated contact information.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate courier services and manage incoming mail.
  • Monitor and renew building permits and licenses.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and assets.
  • Process invoices and expenses in ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Office and HR teams on various tasks.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects.
  • Administer regional HR services (recruitment, onboarding, performance management).
  • Ensure compliance with HR and HSE policies.
  • Assist with IT requests and server room access.

Requirements

  • No experience are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in Admin function will be an added advantage
  • GEC “O” level
