Foster good working relationships between the Sales Gallery and other departments, ensuring clear communication.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting high standards for the team.
Assist the Sales Manager in efficiently operating the Sales Gallery and generating reports.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and registering guests promptly.
Regularly audit cash operations and report discrepancies to Finance and Sales departments.
Maintain Sales Gallery facilities and assets to high standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and invoices for gallery items.
Prepare necessary reports for sales and operations.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Prepare and deliver welcome letters to hotels for overseas guests.
Conduct monthly audits with the Finance team.
Manage ad-hoc gallery administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferably in hospitality industry.
Diploma in relevant field
Must be available to work the following working hours. • Wednesday to Friday: 3pm to 11pm • Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 7pm
