Our client is a reputable name in the Shipping Industry. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as "Senior/Executive (Regional Sales & Customer Service Management)(Shipping)".
In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :
- Be responsible for partnering with regional countries in meeting Commercial targets for the Region.
- Be responsible in assisting in Regional Sales & Customer Service Management, various SAS related tech enablers and digitalisation projects, and in Sales & Customer Service Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Assist in expanding and maximizing the business contribution as well as any other commercial targets assigned to the countries within the region
- Support in the setting and implementation of Sales & Customer Service policies and ensure countries are aligned with Global Commercial & Service Management policies and guidelines
- Ensure that countries are conversant with the organisation’s products and those of main competitors
- Partner with country heads and sales heads on issue resolutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Shipping or related discipline preferred. Fresh Graduates in related fields are welcome to apply
- Sales & Customer Service experience preferred (global/regional office experience would be an advantage). Special focus on client servicing & issue resolution in liner shipping
- Possess shipping business/industry knowledge an asset
- Sales, Marketing & Customer Service related studies and experiences
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in GSuite applications (equivalent to Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Business Data Analysis
