Job responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse activities in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Partner with 3PL providers to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operation
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Lead and manage warehouse security measures to keep KCR certification
• Prepare annual budget, reports and statistics (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
• Receive feedback and monitor quality of services provided
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Manage, lead and mentor a team

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or equivalent with 5 years of experience in relevant field as a manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Good leadership with supervisory experience in leading a team
• Strong in decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
