Collaborate with various departments to understand the required competencies for job openings, ensuring the recruitment process aligns with organizational needs.
Proactively source talent through multiple channels, including job fairs and employer branding events, to support outreach programs.
Assist in developing and implementing HR analytics to review and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
Manage the on-boarding process, including preparing employment-related documents and handling work pass applications, as well as the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and managing work pass cancellations.
Assist in identifying competency gaps within departments and propose suitable training programs.
Maintain staff training records and support training administration, including course registration, payment processing, and subsidy submissions.
Organize corporate events and participate in the Staff Welfare Committee.
Act as the secretariat for ESG social initiatives focused on community engagement.
Handle monthly payroll processing, including timesheets, claims, and allowances, and prepare month-end payroll reports.
Oversee office and facility administration, including office cleaning, café exhaust cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, facility gardening, and pest control.
Ensure canteen sanitation programs are conducted in accordance with regulations.
Requirements
3 years of working experience in HR generalist functions
Diploma in HR or relevant field
