Job Summary
This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in leading the execution of marketing communications in SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam). This position is required to have strong project management and leadership skills to manage a team of social media and marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with regional business units on the development and execution of marketing strategies and content development for new product launches
  • Oversee social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand engagement
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing plan and coordinate regional campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation and sales conversion
  • Create compelling and targeted marketing content for offline and online platforms
  • Plan and execute events to enhance brand visibility in the region
  • Ensure strict adherence to the brand guidelines across all marketing materials
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and social media performance
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of regional marketing communications
  • Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timeline

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing communications and social media specialists
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and guide the team members to drive performance

Stakeholder Management

  • Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders at various levels
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with broader brand and communication goals

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong event planning and project management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive problem solver capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines
