Industrial Electrician

Join our team at our Wellcamp site as a fulltime, qualified and experienced Industrial Electrician supporting our Composite Fibre Technology (CFT) operations. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving electrical systems and automation equipment within a continuous composites manufacturing setting.

About the Role

• Competitive hourly rate plus super plus overtime
• Varied shift work including on-call roster to support our business operations
• Work on a variety of industrial systems across the plant – including PLC-controlled machinery, drives, heating systems and automated production lines
• Support breakdowns, shutdowns, upgrades, and project work – ensuring our facility runs at peak performance

About you

• QLD Electrical License (or state based transferable)
• Experience as a plant/industrial electrician (desirable but not essential)
• Exposure to a continuous manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)
• Demonstrated strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills
• A proactive mindset – someone who wants to improve not just repair or maintain
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
