Bessemer Trust is recruiting a Pricing Operations Analyst to join the Data and Tax Operations department. The preferred candidate will have leadership and financial industry experience. Candidate will be required to work during off cycle hours as needed (i.e., weekend, holidays).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all market values for Bessemer clients display accurately in all environments
  • Review pricing feed reports from external market data vendors
  • Analyze and resolve pricing reconciliation report errors
  • Review Audit Trails to manage manual updates initiated by the Pricing team and other in-house groups
  • Work with internal groups and vendors supplying market data to the bank
  • Oversee the pricing of LLCs and CTFs via an in-house pricing tool
  • Process market data for client facing applications and related data sets
  • Manage pricing data elements for various security codes on the security master
  • Utilize estate valuation reports using a pricing vendor tool as part of date of death valuations and processing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years of corporate experience and broad knowledge of financial instruments (i.e., equities, bonds) and identifiers (i.e., cusip, sedol), not required - preferred
  • Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • FIS Global Plus, Jira, Apex, PL/SQL, experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – dealing with various business, operational units, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Solid work ethic, innovative thinking
